Terms of Service

1. PURPOSE

These Conditions govern the use of the Marina Real Estate & Services website (hereinafter, "[TITULAR]"), as well as the provision of services linked to the different sections: Real Estate Personal Shopper, Management & Services, and Settlement.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Our work consists of intermediation, specialized search, advice and property management, as well as complementary services for foreign clients moving to [Málaga / Costa del Sol].

Sending your profile through the "Property Preferences" form constitutes a formal request that will be reviewed by our professional team. We reserve the right of admission of mandates in case we consider that the stipulated criteria are not viable in the current market after a preliminary review.

3. OBLIGATION AND VERACITY OF DATA

The client undertakes that the data provided to [TITULAR] through the form are true, accurate and complete. The user will be entirely responsible for any direct or indirect damages that may be caused to [TITULAR] or a third party by filling out the forms with false data or data of third parties.

4. FEES AND SPECIFIC CONTRACT

The completion of the contact forms on the web is completely free. Brokerage or management services will accrue fees independently when the corresponding mandate/contract is signed with the client (for example, Personal Shopper Contract, or deposit contract), in which the corresponding percentages or fixed fees will be detailed with absolute transparency.

5. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS

In accordance with the LSSICE, [TITULAR] does not perform SPAM practices, so it will not send commercial emails by electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by the User through the form or other contact channels and as established in our Privacy Policy.

6. MODIFICATIONS

[TITULAR] reserves the right to make the modifications it deems appropriate on its portal without prior notice, being able to change, delete or add both the contents and services provided through it and the way in which they are presented or located on its portal.
